I created a little .HTA application to take a Librivox links page and generate .ics output.  The example is for "confessions of St. Augustine" -- but, if you put another link in at top and press OK it should populate the bottom text area with a set of events that correspond to daily readings from that page.  Save the contents of that box out to an whatever.ics file -- then follow the help instructions in Outlook or Google calendar to import this file.
